Terms Of Service - if you commission me, that means you agree to the terms listed here and have properly read through this.ALL Commission files will be sent via Telegram only. This is non-negotiable. Thank you!- Payment is ALWAYS upfront unless discussed otherwise- Payment must be under PayPal only. You will need to provide me with your email address that is connected to your PayPal account, which will then be used to promptly send you an invoice.- You must pay within 3 days of ordering a commission. If payment is not received, your commission will be promptly cancelled.- I work chronologically through my que. Whoever paid first gets their art done first and so on. You can always view your place in the que on my trello, which is given to each and every customer upon purchasing a commission slot.- You can use my art however you want, as long as it isn't for large commercial use. (I.E. putting the art on a shirt to sell for high volumes. personal uses of the art is perfectly fine, such as making a singular product like a pop socket that will only be used by the commissioner and not sold en mass).- Please do not remove my water marks! It's there for a reason! My watermarks do not hinder the art either, so there is no reason to request artwork without a watermark. Please do not ask for unwatermarked work.- Turn-around time for commissions to be completed varies from time to time. I will always announce how long a commission will take on my Twitter or communicate estimated TAT before someone attempts to commission me, based on my queue, the complexity of the commission, and so forth. You will always be made aware of the estimated wait time.- If you are uncomfortable waiting for (sometimes) long periods of time for art from me, you are welcome to ask for a full refund at any time, in guidelines with my % refund policy on the "prices and refunds" page.- Please do not rush me! You may inquire about your commission within reason, but do not be overbearing.- Please ask for major changes to the art work DURING the sketch phase. Otherwise, there will be a fee for major changes further into the artwork process.- Sending me photo references for your commissions makes things go smoother and helps me understand what the customer wants more accurately. I highly suggest sending me photo references!- I send WIPs of the sketch initially for approval and for any changes requested. If you wish to have more WIPs for the lining, coloring, shading, etc., please ask! I try to send multiple WIPs throughout the commission process--If you want specific WIPs for specific parts of the process, you are more than welcome to request those WIPs.- Communication while commissioning me is key; if you are displeased with some aspect of your commission, please let me know DURING me drawing your commission! I can try to fix it to the best of my ability. PLEASE do not wait until I have finished your commission to tell me you are unhappy. It does no good for you or me!- Keep in mind, when you commission me, you are commissioning me for my art style too. So if your character looks different or not how you imagined, keep that in mind. Please be familiar with my artwork and refrain from unsolicited criticism. If you do not like my style, please do not commission me.- I CAN emulate styles to a degree, so if you wish to have a "specific" or "similar" style you want your character drawn in, I may entertain it; I cannot promise it will be perfect, though!- Be respectful when interacting with me. I am a reasonable and fair person. I give respect to all my customers, so I expect it in return, please.- Prices are non-negotiable unless I have stated that I am comfortable altering prices to accommodate a customer. That is entirely up to my discretion--If you do not have the funds to purchase a commission, I implore you to wait until you can do so!
